Lt. Col. Ujjyal Mukhopadhyay is an Indian Army veteran with over 36 years of total service experience, having commanded and led troops as a commissioned officer for more than 20 years.

A technology enthusiast at heart, he led the development and implementation of various innovative solutions in the domain of communication systems — bringing cutting-edge thinking to the battlefield and later to civil infrastructure.

Lt. Col. Mukhopadhyay is a proud recipient of the Op Vijay Star — awarded for his exceptional display of valour and courage during the Kargil War of 1999. That same courage now drives his mission to ensure India's elderly are never left unprotected.

He founded Warriors with the conviction that the discipline, empathy, and unbreakable sense of duty forged in military service are precisely the qualities that elderly care demands.
